Apply The Neutralizer Pencil under your eyes, inner eye corner, and wherever else you are experiencing darkness. Use your finger to blend the product evenly - avoid tugging. Once the darkness is concealed, layer The Face Pencil in your concealer shade directly on top and blend into your natural skin tone for a seamless appearance.
