How to Use
Using the wand, swipe on lids and soften with a finger, then evaluate. For more illumination, continue to build. Sparkle Wash can also be applied over your everyday matte or cream eyeshadow.

Magic hour for the eyes- and more. When finished applying to eyes, tap the remainder along the top of cheeks for increased wattage.
