Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment and address details are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Tracking information is sent after the order ships.

Delivery Timing

Standard delivery within the United States normally takes 3–7 business days after shipment. The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is 4–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and address issues can affect arrival.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all US orders. Any optional paid delivery method, when available, will be shown during checkout before payment.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking information is sent when available. Enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact service@jonesraodbeauty.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed; an order already in processing may not be editable.
