These terms apply to purchases placed through Jonesraodbeauty.

Prices and Payment

All prices and transactions are stated in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received. Jonesraodbeauty may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping applies to all US orders. Available delivery details are shown during checkout, and tracking is sent when available. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or address issues can affect arrival.

Returns and Refunds

A return may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility requirements and instructions appear in the Return Policy. After an eligible return is received and reviewed, the approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
