Return Policy

This page explains both return eligibility and how approved refunds are processed.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. To begin, contact service@jonesraodbeauty.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the next steps.

Return Eligibility

Items should be returned in the condition received and with original packaging when available. Include the order details so the return can be reviewed accurately.

Return Shipping

Return instructions and the return destination will be provided after the request is reviewed. Do not send a return before receiving those instructions.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@jonesraodbeauty.com with the order number, a description, and clear photographs when relevant. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
